Paying attention to your decisions while wooing Panam is actually more important than most other Cyberpunk 2077 romance options, as it's actually possible to fail the Rider in the Storm mission and block your chances of getting with Panam for good. Safe to say a manual save before this mission is highly recommended!

So if you've set your cybernetically-enhanced eyes on Panam in Cyberpunk 2077 and want to know exactly how to win her over, this Cyberpunk 2077 Panam Palmer romance guide is your new best friend.

You can only romance Panam in Cyberpunk 2077 if you have a male body type. So the ladies will have to sit this one out, I'm afraid.

You'll first meet Panam during the Ghost Town story mission, and then she'll appear in the next couple of quests that you encounter after this. Your romance is safe for now, as there's nothing you can do during these story missions that will jeopardize your chances with Panam. Once you've finished the Life During Wartime story quest, you'll need to wait at least 12 in-game hours and you should then receive a call from Panam which will start you off on Panam's questline.

This starts with the Riders on the Storm quest.

It's worth noting that it's possible to fail the Riders on the Storm quest which will halt Panam's story arc in its tracks and stop all possibilities of a romance with her. For this reason, it might be a good idea to make a manual save before continuing.

At one point during the Riders on the Storm mission, you'll need to head to Raffen Shiv camp. You'll be given the choice to make your own way there or ride with Panam. This choice doesn't matter but you must meet Panam at the camp within 24 in-game hours or the quest will fail. Similarly, if you choose to ride with Panam, but head to a different location, she'll kick you out. But worry not, your romance is still on track if you meet her at the camp within the time limit mentioned above.

There are a couple more things you'll want to do during this quest, which happens when you spend the night at Ingali's farm. You should invite Panam to make herself comfortable when prompted and tell her you have a few ideas in the dialogue that follows.

With the Riders on the Storm quest out of the way, wait another 12 in-game hours to get another call from Panam which starts the next mission, With a Little Help From My Friends. There are also important choices to be made here, so be careful. When prompted, do not tell Saul about Panam's plan or the quest will end here. When Panam asks you why you're helping her later on, make sure you don't suggest you're doing it for the cash or any thoughts of romance you had will be over before they've begun.

Next, wait another 24 in-game hours for Panam's final mission, Queen of the Highway. After some alone time, when she asks if you want to push the synchronisation further, go with "Oh yeah. Let's go," to move into a full-blown relationship.

After this, you can continue to get all lovey-dovey with Panam during Romance Hangouts at any of V's apartments, except those located in Dogtown. Just make sure you have the 2.1 update or later installed to unlock Romance Hangouts.
